200 g of butter, 1/2 cups of white and brown sugar, 1 tsp. 1 egg, 1 cup mixture of amaranth and wheat flour, 1 cup fried (brown) amaranth flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon water.
Beat cream from butter and sugar. Add the vanilla. Add the egg in and mix it very well. Mix the flour mixture with toasted amaranth flour and soda, gradually adding to the cream mixture. Add water and mix again. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and roll in sugar. Place them on the baking paper on a baking sheet at a distance of 5 cm from each other and press down on the stencil to bake the biscuits or the bottom of a small glass, sprinkled with sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
