500 ml of sour kefir or curdled milk, 100 g of wheat flour, 50 g of amaranth flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. soda, salt – to taste.
Kefir, sugar, salt and soda mix until a homogeneous mass. Add the flour in parts, also stir until smooth. Fry with sunflower oil over medium heat.
