1/4 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of butter, 1/3 cup of honey, 100 g of dry yeast, 1/2 cup of warm water, 2 beaten eggs, 2 cups of amaranth flour, 3 cups of wheat flour, juice and 1/2 peel lemon.
Ingredients for filling:
1/4 cup melted butter, 3 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons treacle, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 3/4 cup nuts, 1/2 cup poppy.
Milk boil, add oil and honey, cool it. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add milk, eggs, lemon juice, flour. Mass to knead until smooth (10-15 minutes) and put for 1 hour in a warm place. Mix well all the ingredients of the filling. Dough to divide into 2 parts, roll out. Between the layers put the stuffing. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C.
