1 cup of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of amaranth flour, 1 teaspoon of soda, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup honey, 1 teaspoon vanillin, 1 cup puree of ripe bananas, 1 cup of nuts.
Combine flour of amaranth and wheat, add soda, mix. Add the honey and butter to the beaten eggs. Shake again. Combine with flour, add vanillin and banana puree. Mix thoroughly until a uniform mass is obtained. After that, pour the nuts into the mass. Bake in a form or pan for 1 hour at 175°C.
