FRUIT-AMARANTH CAKE

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of sliced dates, 1/4 cup of figs, 1/2 cup of amaranth flour, 1 glass of water, 2 egg whites, 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of dissolved margarine, 1/4 cup of pineapple slices, 2 cups wheat flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1 teaspoon vanillin.

Cooking method.

Dates and figs soaked in water. Egg whites to beat, add to them honey and margarine. Shake well, put the remaining ingredients and mix all this thoroughly. Fry the frying pan with oil and put the resulting mass on it. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 175°C.
