Ingredients: 1 glass of amaranth flour, 1/4 cup of toasted almonds, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. soda, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tbsp. of lemon juice. Cooking method. Mix the flour, almonds, soda and cinnamon. Separately mix the water, lemon juice, butter and honey. Mix together well in one container. Heat medium-lightly lightly oiled frying pan. Pancakes fried on both sides.
